Welcome to LowEndPanel ("the Service"), operated by SecureNova ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web application.

1. Accounts

The Service uses third-party services to function, including but not limited to Google Firebase for authentication and database storage, and external APIs for IP geolocation and status checks. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

In no event shall SecureNova, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
